My experience with Littletons is hit and miss. I have brought several things to be repaired, some I have been more than happy with their fix and other times I have been shocked at how little thought and effort went into the fix. I don't know but I feel like their are at least 2 different people working the repairs some old hand that is knowledgeable and another hand that does everything half way. It is for this reason that I am giving 3 stars, because they deserve both a 1 star and a 5 star.
